Opened in late 2017 (right when American beef imports were re-legalized), Stone Sal is a high-end steak restaurant for lovers of deep leathers and woods, and possessors of expense accounts to splash out on USA Prime meat. It's masculine, dark, it's got a neon bull thing and a wall of dry aged meat to complete the look. The stars of the mains section of the (succinct) menu are USA Prime beef steaks in all its formats going for mostly upwards of 1,000rmb, above more affordable things like burgers, sandwiches, pastas, salads, and appetizers in the 150-200rmb range, which are fine, but it's clear you're meant to come for the steak.
