This little bakery is a compact street-front affair from Japanese baker Hiroaki "Hiro" Homma, who's got an impressive track-record that includes one of Japan's finest French bakeries DonQ, Muji Bakery and Avec Toi. He was also the baking team leader at Farine back when it first opened. Prices are pretty reasonable for the quality, with sourdough baguettes under 20rmb, pain au chocolate for 20rmb, and smaller rolls and mini croissants for 4-6rmb a piece.
