NACIS Shanghai has an experienced and diverse teaching team. Academic Leadership Teams in the Primary and Secondary schools lead professional development, quality assure and drive the visions of the school forward together with their talented, fully qualified teaching teams. The NACIS teaching team is balanced with half coming from Shanghai, bringing with them rich knowledge and experience of the Shanghai National Curriculum as well as Chinese culture and tradition. The other half is international and come from all over the world; America, Canada, Australia, France and the majority from the UK as this is where Nord Anglia Education hold their annual recruitment event each year. The international staff bring with them their varied experience from delivering international curriculums, the most important and progressive of these, integrated into the school’s broad and balanced academic and social curriculum.
