It’s Cuban-style sandwiches and eclectic lunch specials untethered to any single Latin American cuisine. How 'bout two types of pork (ham and roasted) betwixt melting Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard and toasted Cuban bread, ie. the El Cubano.
