Cohost is a mid-high end residential complex that is pioneering in a new housing concept first popularized in Germany called "Co-Living". They aim to remake the perception that "co-living" is cheap, low-end student dormitory type living, and are designed with the modern professional in mind. Each apartment has their own private amenities (kitchen, laundry, living room, etc), but the building also has "communal" oriented features like a large building kitchen, a laundry room, and large spaces to facilitate social activities (including a terrace with a BBQ). Tenants can rent these spaces, but the building management also organizes activities as well.
