Bvlgari hotel's Chinese fine-dining restaurant located on the third floor of the renovated building - Chamber of Commerce Shanghai. It's Cantonese haute-cuisine served in an elegant, casual environment with raw silk wallpaper, black lacquer panels, art deco carpets and hand-drawn jewelry sketches from the Bvlgari archives. At the helm is Chef Fu, previously awarded a Michelin star for his restaurant in Macau, and now awarded one Michelin star in the Michelin 2020 awards.
