    The ping pong equivalent of a dive bar. The Worker's Culture Palace has 8 tables in a windowless room and equipment varying in quality, but cheap-as-chips prices. An hour-long morning session between 9am-noon costs a mere 10rmb, increasing to 15rmb from noon-9pm. Prices go up by 5rmb on the weekends, while bats and balls are included in the price. Some refreshments are also sold on site, what more could you want.
