The Waterhouse Hotel's restaurant from Pol Garcia, replacing Table No. 1. Cuisine's modern Mediterranean with Spanish and Italian influences, as well as stone-oven Turkish pizzas and a decent wine list. It occupies an old 1930s warehouse building and keeps its wall, bringing an industrial sense to it. The rooftop, which hadn't been used in 3 years, has gotten an overhaul and boasts a nice view of the Bund and the river.
