It's back! Now located where Harley's Underground bar was, the new Elevator spot is finally here after leaving Donghu Lu in October 2018. The sounds are electronic (techno, house, bass etc), and the air is heavy with underground vibes, both metaphorically and literally. If you like taking selfies though, you might want to head somewhere else. They don't allow cameraphones. 1 strike = verbal warning, 2 strikes = you're out on the street. Prices will vary on what is on that night.
