An archeologist, philologist, historian and social activist, novelist and romantic poet all rolled into one, Guo Moruo is definitely one of a kind. He moved into this two-story garden house with his third wife Yu Liqun from 1946 to 1947. Now a private residence that can only be appreciated from outside of the gate.
