An American BBQ restaurant opened by a group of Turkish friends, including the owner of Garlic, hence the name. They've got wood-fired smokers like no one has ever seen before in Shanghai. 18 hour smoked brisket, pork and beef ribs and pork for pulled pork... if you want barbecued meat, this is your palace. Beerwise, it's Estrella, Brewdog, Stone and more available. Although they're technically open till evening, the food sells out around 2-3pm so go for lunch.
