A small, eminently comfy cocktail joint tucked into the top floor of an office building overlooking United Valley on Shaanxi Nan Lu, Chameleon looks like a white marble cliffside cave residence on Santorini or something. It's the brainchild of two Shanghai cocktail luminaries, Eddy Yang and Carson Xie, and the quality (and price) reflect it. High-level cocktailery in the 90rmb range. There's also a small glass-housed dinner lounge attached, as well as a small balcony.
