While the ownership stays the same, everything else has had a reset—new look, new kitchen team, and a menu that shifts away from its heavier Peruvian roots toward a lighter, more relaxed Mediterranean direction. Think less Lima, more laid-back lunches that stretch into the afternoon, with a focus on easy, shareable plates.
