    The eighth floor terrace of the Portman Ritz-Carlton is a lush hemisphere of green grass, ideal for champagne picnics in the evening summer breeze. They do a bunch of food and drink deals, including free-flow Moet for 668rmb per person, but you can also just order a la carte the way you might down in the lobby bar. Great south-facing and unobstructed view of the Shanghai Exhibition Center.
