A cozy, well-designed wine bar and bistro that stands out for its better-than-average pricing on quality wines representing a spectrum of wine knowledge and appreciation ranging from "what's wrong with Family Mart wine" to "whenever I'm in Bourgogne...". It comes from a well-known wine importer, Philippe Huser, the same guy behind the long-standing Napa Wine Bar & Kitchen and wine distribution company Bund: Bank of Fine Wines. Expect to see a bunch of hospitality and F&B folks as regulars. Good for couples or small groups looking to unwind. There's also a food menu designed to complement the wine -- it's mostly bistro fare with some flourishes of fine dining, from chef Francisco Javier Araya and pastry chef Fernanda Guerrero.
