Maolago is a bohemian-chic Guizhou restaurant from the Oha Group, interior designers-turned-f&b-entrepreneurs. The first floor is more of a bar for their clarified cocktails (everything is clear), while the second floor is for Guizhou sour tomato fish hotpot. Third floor is a lovely rooftop terrace. Otherwise, the menu is pretty inventive and unique Guizhou food, with a lot of produce flown in directly from the markets in Guiyang — you don't see this stuff very often.
