Its kitchen is headed by award-winning executive chef, Brand Wu, who specializes in making authentic western cuisines with fine ingredients, using both traditional and innovative techniques. Food has a natural yet delicate taste, with lovely plating. They’ve also developed a menu using z-rou, offering more choices for veggies, too. In addition, Ombra offers tailor-made packages, serving as a private event space for up to 120 guests.
