RAY’S is a bar focused on wine, cocktails, and whiskies. Founded by wine enthusiast Ray Shen RAY’S has nearly 200 types of wine, covering almost all the major Italian producing areas, as well as Chinese wines from Ningxia, orange wines from Slovenia, and a small number of wines from France. Ilya Khokhlov of Botanical Basket is behind the cocktail program, mixing up a combination of classics and modern twists. As well as cocktails, they stock a selection of carefully selected whiskies from all over the world, rare malts. The venue is split into two parts with wines in a more casual section and cocktails and whiskeys in a moody prohibition style bar.
