The second Bandit after their original Jing’an location. It's a funky bar and restaurant with floral decorations and DJs (at the weekends). They serve a selection of western brunch plates and alcoholic drinks. This Julu branch has FIVE levels, with two lovely terraces. The top floor is only open at the weekends and usually needs reservation.
