Madame Ching is a private kitchen serving Cantonese fusion inside Yi Long. The concept is led by Chef Dali Wong, who was voted as That’s Shanghai Chef of the Year in 2023. The creative dinner menu combines Cantonese flavors with Western techniques, reinterpreting classic dishes in unexpected ways. Beyond food, they also have a fully stocked bar and wine cellar for drinks, as well as a live DJ playing groovy house tunes on the weekends.
