A good portion of their clients are based on word-of-mouth referrals. They cover most of the inner city area, plus other popular areas such as Gubei and Lujiazui, although their specialty is Jing'an district, where the company has strong connections with local landlords and other associates in the area. They do offer after-care services like WiFi setiup, connecting tenants to cleaning services, and property repairs but they can also assist with moving. Commisson fee depends on the type of property and monthly rent.
