Established in December 2022 and affiliated with Tsibizov Team China, Method MMA offers world-class mixed martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and wrestling training in Shanghai. Method MMA's head coach is Boris Komlik, a Brazilian jitsu black belt from Siberia who has championed competitions across Russia and China, and who formerly ran his own BJJ gym in Irkutsk, Russia. Boris was also a former coach at Absolute MMA Shanghai. Method provides a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment with a focus on modern and proven training methods, systems, and techniques. They cater to students from all walks of life and you can personalize martial arts training and fitness programs to fit your goals.
