Taking the spot of the short-lived reincarnation of German fine-dining restaurant Kaefer, BAKTRO is the Paulaner group's new German style bakery and bistro. It's right below their North Bund location, and enjoys the same great views of the river and Pudong skyline. The restaurant offers German classic bakery products, ranging from a small selection of German pretzels to our own creations made from fresh regional ingredients and the best quality products.
