Qipu Lu – aka, "cheap" street – is a series of malls crammed, jammed, and stuffed full of cheap, cheap, cheap clothes (we're talking 39rmb pleather shoes), with some fakes, bootlegs, and randomness for good measure. It's been open for decades, and it's full of aggressive touts, swarms of humanity, and so, so, so much crap clothing. If you've gotta come – for Halloween costumes, or a masochistic shopping streak – early weekday mornings are the easiest. The surrounding area has seen heavy modernization over the last decade and a half, but this place remains open as of 2026. Bargain HARD.
