Nightclubs, livehouses, bars, restaurants, retail, office space, and sporting venues like climbing gyms feature prominently in this popular mixed-use development in Changning District. C Park is also a popular place for people to bring their dogs (you can usually find at least a dozen dogs and their humans socializing here in the evening). As far as nightlife, as of 2026, C Park has become kind of an "underground INS", with venues like Wigwam, Yuyintang, Specters, Illum, Sector, and Uptown Records all finding a home here - so, some new spots and some Shanghai underground legacy brands. There's some nice parks just next door, as well as the Liu Haisu art museum (hence the "Haisu" in the name. The development was designed by the firm Gensler and was completed in 2023
