Taste of China is an immersive dining show from Trip.com Group, staged inside a panoramic theatre at Bund City Hall Plaza. Across seven courses, diners are guided by animated panda chef Cheng BaoBao through China’s seven major culinary regions, with each dish paired to live performances, dynamic visuals, and cultural storytelling. Expect Peking Duck, herbal hot pot, and spicy Mapo Tofu alongside hanfu dancers, martial artists, and Sichuan opera. Costumes and photo ops before dinner add to the theatre.
