Located in Pudong, the Longyang Lu Integrated Transportation Hub will transform a key transit point into a dynamic, mixed-use development. Spanning 1.37 million square meters, the project combines office spaces, retail, residential areas, and cultural facilities, all seamlessly connected to major metro lines and the Maglev train. Designed with inspiration from Japan's TOD projects, it aims to integrate the station with the surrounding urban landscape, enhancing Shanghai's global connectivity and creating a new business and cultural landmark.
