You book on their mini program, get a code, then hit some balls for an hour or so. There's two courts and speeds and angles are adjustable via remote control. They have racquets available for free and the whole space is comfortable and well designed - plants and concrete vibes - with clean bathrooms and changing rooms and some nice couches to chill pre- or post- session.
