Sequel to the popular Jing'an Filipino bar and restaurant, serving up coffee and a full menu of Filipino tapas and dishes as well as cocktails, beers (Red Horse for sure), and shots. It's a home for Shanghai's Filipino community, and just a really friendly place to go hang out and have a drink. This one overlooks the beautiful Xiangyang Park so it's a good one to get some work done in the AC during the day, or to have some pre-game or end-of-the-night drinks in the evening. Some of the cocktails are strong - this place could easily take you from "one or two" to full on lit if that's what you're after.
