Rock Hour is a 1,100-square-meter climbing gym inside one of the converted concrete silos at West Bund Dream Center, with 1,700 square meters of climbing walls reaching up to 16 meters. The gym is dedicated entirely to roped climbing, with six separate silo spaces offering auto-belay routes for solo climbers and beginners, as well as top-rope and lead climbing routes ranging from 5.9 to more advanced grades. There’s also a dedicated speed climbing wall with timing equipment for training. The space includes changing rooms, a stretching area, a small shop and a lounge, plus air conditioning for summer sessions. A good option for climbers looking to work on their rope-climbing skills, especially if you already have a climbing partner.
