Chopsticks is a contemporary Sichuan fusion joint. It looks much more upscale than your average hole-in-the-wall joint, with fancy chairs, planted bamboo, and a sleek layout, and is aimed squarely at middle-class locals. Seekers of authentic Sichuan food might be a little disappointed -- the quality of the food leaves a bit to be desired -- but the menu is large and so cheap that it's worth exploring. Come in a group and expect to pay 50-75rmb each, with beers.
