    Tang Restaurant is an upscale Cantonese restaurant. Customers are primarily here for business, or to otherwise impress, and, as such, the menu is heavy on abalone, shark's fin, and some modern Canto luxury, like the chef's signature lobster with three kinds of onions. Dim sum is hit-or-miss -- the restaurant's focus is on the expensive, elevated delicacies.
