    Situated in a majestic villa, Shari does contemporary Japanese cuisine, presented in the "capo" or "kaiseki" fine-dining style, that's a multi-course Japanese meal that incorporates sashimi, meat and fish dishes, miso soup and rice. The villa is peaceful and calm, surrounded by gardens, where you can sit out and dine in the spring and summer. There are various set menus, from a few hundred kuai a head, up to some really fancy stuff, plus an excellent selection of sake.
