An independent non-profit organization that supports and advocates for Chinese-Australian business relations. AustCham Shanghai is the largest Australian Chamber of Commerce in Greater China, found in 1994 and numbering about 400 members. Membership grants access to various events and services, including a visa facilitation service, a members directory, trainings, networking and marketing opportunities, and advocacy. They also have a discounted individual membership available for students, which mainly lets them attend AustCham events, such as the regular Aussie drinks, BBQs and the annual General Meeting held in June.
