    Quan Ju De, established in Beijing in 1864, is a far-reaching chain of Peking duck restaurants. The atmosphere is convivial and they're always packed, but something is lost among the hundreds and hundreds of ducks and duck-part dishes they cook every night. It feels like a duck factory. For our money, Lao Beijing has better duck.
