Nong is the all-day dining concept in the New World Shanghai Hotel. Instead of chafing dishes, it features an open kitchen with items prepared to order. The focal point is the Chinese Cuisine station that serves dumplings and hand-pulled noodles. Other food stations include a grill kitchen, pastry and bakery bar, seafood corner, deli counter and salad bar as well as bharcuterie and cheese and an ice-cream sundae bar.
