This is China's first stand-up comedy club. Regular shows and open-mic nights happen here every week. Headline acts are usually on Fridays and Saturdays from local and international comedians. Wednesdays and Saturdays are the open-mic nights. Thursdays are taken up by Shanghai-based improv group the People's Republic of Comedy. They also do Mandarin shows, the first of which features Dashan. The venue is a bit compact, a bit crowded, with dark interiors, designed in the way of New York comedy clubs.
