A couple of items for people looking forward to annual Christmas markets in Shanghai. One of the biggest and most popular ones, BLN / Paulaner's Christkindlmarkt, is moving to their market to the Expo Park in Pudong this year. Returning for its 10th year, that one was up in the air for a while because the venue it was hitherto annually held at on Fenyang Lu recently shuttered. They're back again with 70 seasonally decorated wooden huts serving authentic seasonal treats, booze, and crafts - you've just got to travel a bit further to get them. Meanwhile, another popular Christmas market, Medieval Christmas Town, is not returning this year at all. Alas. Forsooth. No word on whether Grinch-related activity is to blame.
