On China's national single's day, Ladyfest Shanghai are hosting "The Dating Monologues" at hip Jing'an Austrian restaurant Daliah. The topic is dating. Just raw stories about Shanghai's dating scene, performed by improv group People's Republic Of Comedy. They're accepting submissions until November 4 on their site. "If you’re single and “lucky” enough to have experienced the dating scene in Shanghai, Ladyfest would like to hear from you! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate regardless if you identify yourself as a man, woman, lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, etc. The material of the event is contingent on the responses received.
