The annual Shanghai International Literary Festival arrives a little later this year, going from October 31 to November 8 at Glam at Five on the Bund. Authors giving talks include Magicians author Lev Grossman, Australian writer Robyn Davidson, Pulitzer Prize winner Edward Larson, travel writer Michael Meyer, and Chinese writer Xiao Bai. There will also be lectures and workshops on several topics including children's stories, visual arts, blogging, Chinese women's studies, and more.
