Moroccan themed restaurant/lounge Barbarossa does a happy hour every day of the week from 5pm-8pm in their lounge. Drinks by the glass are 50% off. Then in the restaurant, the deal also runs from 2pm-5pm, Monday-Friday, not including holidays. Pretty good stuff. Hookah here is not bad too.
