About

The Russian State Ballet is back for a new China tour. Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's iconic Swan Lake was first performed one hundred and forty-six years ago, fundamentally changing the world of ballet. It tells the tragic romance between Odette, turned into a swan by an evil witch, and Prince Siegfried, who chances upon her while out hunting. When one of the swans turns into a beautiful young woman he is instantly captivated. But will his love prove strong enough to break the evil spell? Here's a chance to see it performed by the Russian State Ballet Theatre, one of Russia's leading ballet companies. Check the specific dates on the SmartTicket page.
