Spare Leash is back with another adoption event, but this time, it's not just for one BUT for two rescue organizations. The rescue organizations Shanghai Animal Rescue (SAR) and The Haven both have shelters holding 400 dogs each. In hopes to find some of the dogs foster or forever homes, this event will host around 20 dogs, have pet brands on-site and also a drink special. The event kicks off at 1pm.
