The 5,6,7,8's are a female garage punk band founded in 1986 by Yoshiko Fujiyama in Tokyo, Japan. The band is known for its style and energy, and is "a cross between the B-52s and The Cramps," though their influences go even deeper - touching on everything from The Ronettes to the Ramones. The band became a global sensation after appearing in the famous Kill Bill sequence, which captured their fiery 1950s rock and roll in glorious Technicolor. Hosted by Trash-A-Go-Go with support Shanghai’s own Round Eye, expect a hell of a good time.
