Patrons of the experimental and noise scene unite! trigger - run by some of the Shanghai experimental scene's leading figures, including Junky aka Torturing Nurse, celebrates their one-year anniversary the only way they know how - with a whirlwind spread of noise, experimental, and avant-garde acts at their tiny little hub. Kicking off at 1pm - the venue will host a staggering fifteen acts - an onslaught of sounds and sights - an assault to the senses in the best possible. Highlights include Julie Semoroz, a French-Swiss artist known for merging art and science through sound; pedal-freak and harsh noise purveyor Huzz; visceral metal head Mei Zhiyong 梅志勇 and his giant coil; and of course the analog harbinger of noise Torturing Nurse alongside other trigger royalty like Shu Ride and YAMAHAHA.
