In 2024, Yoseikan Budo celebrates five years in the community, marking the anniversary with a full day of classes, activities, and demonstrations at the YSK Cross Training Club in Huangpu. Complimentary drinks and snacks will be available throughout the day, including tea, coffee, and light refreshments. The schedule includes a variety of discovery classes and demonstrations: from 9am to 6pm, the open gym will welcome participants with limited hourly slots; 8:30-9:10am features Morning Energy Yoga; 9:30-10:30am is for Adults Traditional Budo (15 years and older); 10:30-10:55am showcases a Yoseikan Budo Traditional Demonstration; 11-11:45am is for Kids Budo (ages 5-9); 10:30-11:30am offers Pilates; 1:30-2:30pm is Adults Modern Budo (15 years and older); 2:30-2:55pm presents a Yoseikan Budo Sportive Demonstration; 1-2pm includes another Pilates class; 3-4pm is for Kids Budo (ages 10-14); 3:30-4:30pm features a third Pilates class; 4-4:40pm offers Body Combat; and 5-5:40pm concludes with SMI Sports Intelligence.
