The Bund International Bread Festival will take place on March 22-23 and March 29-30, 2025, at the WEEKEND MARKET@BFC, 600 Zhongshan East 2nd Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai, with free entrance. The festival enters a new phase in 2025, bringing together premium bread creations from across China and around the world to showcase artisanal baking. Expanding on last year’s success, this edition will feature a larger venue, more booths, and a broader range of top bakeries, highlighting the latest trends in Chinese bread flavors. Additional international sections will include a French bread zone in collaboration with Business France, a culinary pop-up with Japanese masters, and a Macanese-Portuguese fusion baking section from Macau.
