This is it! Specters’ last night on Yuyuan Lu! One last chance to catch a show at the Old Egg Club, and what a motley crew they’ve wrangled up for your pleasure. Fang, the legendary and highly controversial American hardcore punk band that got their start in the early 1980s, makes their China debut. Led by original vocalist Sam McBride, FANG has influenced almost every significant musician, including Nirvana, Metallica, Green Day, and many others. One of the leading figures in the West Coast hardcore punk movement expects a rammed house and lots of mosh pits as folks pay their respects to the legends. Joining for some debauchery will be some of Specters’ most familiar face: Round Eye, Chimera Cult, and the one-and-only Torturing Nurse.
