How do organisations turn strategic vision into real operational direction? Many companies have ambitious goals, but struggle to translate them into decisions teams can actually use day to day. This upcoming Manchester Global MBA masterclass at Alliance Manchester Business School explores how leaders can bridge that gap through clearer strategic operational intent and decision frameworks.

Led by Professor Bamford, Chair in Operations Management at AMBS, the session looks at how strategy is formed and communicated inside complex organisations, including concepts like the “efficient frontier” and why strategic communication often breaks down in practice.
