Salute! Shanghai’s Italian Wine Festival is bringing a taste of Italy to Xintiandi this August. Supported by the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, the 10-day pop-up market will gather over 300 Italian wines from regions including Piedmont, Tuscany and Sicily, featuring everything from sparkling wines and natural wines to classic reds and whites from both renowned estates and boutique producers. Alongside the wine selection, visitors can enjoy Italian favorites such as handmade pizza, pasta, gelato and cured meat platters, with weekend DJ sets adding to the summer evening vibe. Taking place at Xintiandi Style I’s indoor atrium from August 7-16, the free-entry market offers a chance to sip, snack and explore Italian flavors without leaving Shanghai.
